In addition to our turnkey projects we have had great success in performing projects on, design build, EPCM and cost plus fixed fee arrangements.

H&S III, INC. excels on projects that have schedule restraints that do not allow detailed engineering to be sufficiently completed to formulate a quantitative estimate for a Lump Sum project without accelerating cost to cover the contractors’ contingency. Additionally the owner/client can generate changes, review project cost and forecasts on a weekly basis.
